Home Outreach
There are lots of different ways to reach a community. At Livewire we frequently assist people in desperate situations, as we join forces with other churches, organizations, and businesses working to make a positive impact in peoples lives.We also reach out to others in smaller practical ways through random acts of kindness. By lovingly meeting the simple need of a person it communicates the authentic love of Jesus Christ. Our aim is to give and to keep giving.
Some outreaches might include bringing free hamburgers & sodas to people on the beach, building a home with Habitat for Humanity, assisting a church with food packaging, giving away gift cards, mowing lawns, cleaning homes, washing automobiles, bagging Thaksgiving groceries with St. Matthew's House, sharing resources, organizing Christmas gifts with Salvation Army, assisting with finances, and much more. The opportunitities are endless and our desire is to seize as many as we are able to. Outreach to us is not just for the "down and out", but for every person.
